Main Terminal Studs: Typically 8mm (M8) or 10mm (M10) copper studs designed to handle high-current loads.
Material: High-grade 100% copper or brass for maximum conductivity and resistance to arcing.
Current Rating: Designed for starters ranging from 0.9kW to 4.0kW; solenoids of this class can typically handle peak currents up to 400 Amps during the start cycle.

A standard SOLENDKIT includes the following hardware to rebuild the “hot” end of the solenoid:
2x Stationary Contacts: Often L-shaped or flat copper plates that provide the connection points for battery and starter cables.
Insulation Hardware: Fiber or plastic bushings and O-rings to prevent grounding against the solenoid housing.
Fasteners: A set of full-size and half-size nuts, lock washers, and flat washers.
End Cover Gasket: A specialized gasket or seal to protect internal components from moisture and dirt.
